INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

At Jada Interior Design, we strive to provide our clients with beautiful design packages they will love. Due to the nature of our work, interior design services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your design package, please contact us at info@jadainteriordesign.com.au.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at info@jadainteriordesign.com.au and we will aim to work with you in accordance with consumer laws. 

WARRANTIES

All products sold through Jada Interior Design have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against defects, workmanship and manufacturing damage. If your product is faulty or shows signs of damage within the stated 12 month period, we kindly request you contact us immediately providing your proof of purchase with the invoice number, along with details and photos of the fault or defect. This warranty does not cover marble and stone products, normal wear and tear, minor chips and damage, damage to packaging, minor differences in dimensions, colour, or finish, or damage as a result of incorrect use of the product. Please note that all timber products will vary from piece to piece. The natural grain can contain cracks and imperfections which are characteristics of natural timber. Products returned to Jada Interior Design are at the customer's expense and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is adequately packaged to reduce the chance of further damage.
