Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
1.1 By visiting our site and social media pages, making a purchase from our online store, or receiving services from Jada Interior Design, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page and on any page on this site.
2. Website and Website Content
2.1 Images and content used on our website and social media pages belong to Jada Interior Design and its Designers and are not to be used by anyone other than Jada Interior Design employees without prior permission.
2.2 At Jada Interior Design, we aim to provide clients with correct information on a product or service and correct pricing. However, in the rare event of an error, we reserve the right to correct this error..
2.3 All weights and dimensions are approximate and may vary from the description provided.
2.4 Products may vary slightly from shipment to shipment. Please note that such variances in timbers, handmade items, and natural stones and marble are seen as character features to the individual product and not defects.
2.5 As an online business, Jada Interior Design will communicate with customers predominately via email.
3. Services and Orders
3.1 All designs are the intellectual property of Jada Interior Design and are not to be used or reproduced without prior permission or credit to the original Designer.
3.2 The contracts used for our interior design projects are binding and only to be used exclusively for the client's project. Breaking the clauses of contracts between Jada Interior Design and its clients may result in additional fees and charges.
3.3 We reserve the right to reject your order. An email detailing the reason/s will be sent within 5 business days.
3.4 When placing your order, you reserve the right to have your details forwarded to a third party delivery agent.
3.5 We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
3.6 It is the obligation of the client to ensure they provide Jada Interior Design with their correct information. Please check the information you have provided us is accurate prior to submitting your order or questionnaire.
4. Payments
4.1 All transactions, whether it be a physical product or service, are in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws, including purchases, refunds, and exchanges.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Customer returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense. Please refer to our Refunds Policy page.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Jada Interior Design is not liable for any damage made to products during transit or due to misuse by the customer.
6.2 When placing your order, you reserve the right to have your details forwarded to a third party delivery agent.
6.3 We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
6.4 The delivery included is to the ground floor and/or front door by a single driver. The client is responsible for the placement, arrangement, and removal of rubbish of the delivered item.
6.5 Delivery timeframes are an estimate only and are subject to change for reasons outside our control, therefore we are not liable for any inconvenience this may cause.
6.6 Deliveries outside of Melbourne will incur a fee. Please contact us for an individual quote specific to your order and location.
7. Privacy
7.1 We value the privacy of our clients. Your details will not be passed on to a third party for marketing purposes
7.2 When placing an order with Jada Interior Design, you agree for your details to be passed on to a third party for the delivery of your order.
7.3 When using our Interior Design services, you agree to sharing your details with third parties directly related to your project.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Any designs created by Jada Interior Design for our clients is for the exclusive use of the client only. Forwarding, coping or plagiarising the work of Jada Interior Design will not be tolerated and legal action may be taken.
